Shipping Information: Orders placed without a Priority Mail shipping option above will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. We cannot replace or refund a lost uninsured shipment. Your local Post Office may be able to help you in such a case.

However, lost orders that were shipped via Priority Mail (with sufficient insurance) will be refunded or replaced at our option after we settle the insurance claim with USPS. Please understand that due to the unique nature of each piece and the uncertain availability of the materials used, it may or may not be possible to reproduce it for replacement. Please choose only enough insurance to cover the cost of your order because that amount is the most that we could recover from an insurance settlement.
